2. Nature of the Service

Dropwhy provides conversion diagnostic audits, funnel drop-off analytics, friction telemetry, and AI-driven growth recommendations for software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications.

• Lightweight Tracking Script: Dropwhy uses a lightweight 60-second tracking script (via HTML script tag, GTM, or npm) to capture real-time funnel drop-off telemetry and identify user conversion leaks.
• 100% Private & Secure: All collected audit telemetry and customer data are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256-GCM encryption.

3. Permitted Use & Ownership of Domains

You agree to use Dropwhy solely to audit and analyze websites, applications, and funnels that you own, operate, or have explicit legal authorization to inspect. You agree not to submit URLs or domains with malicious intent or to violate third-party terms.

4. User Accounts & Session Security

To access authenticated dashboard areas and historical audit archives, you may sign in through verified OAuth providers (such as Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Dropwhy enforces session isolation; closing your browser tab or window terminates active session tokens to maintain security.

5. Fees, Monthly Subscriptions & Billing

Dropwhy offers a complimentary Free tier ($0/month) alongside premium monthly subscriptions: Starter ($9/month) and Pro ($19/month).

• All subscription payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Dodo Payments.
• Dropwhy does not store or process raw credit card numbers or banking secrets.
• All paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed recurringly on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our diagnostics. If you purchase an initial Starter ($9/month) or Pro ($19/month) subscription and believe the diagnostic telemetry did not uncover actionable insights for your SaaS, you are entitled to a 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of purchase. 7. Intellectual Property & AI Diagnostics

The Dropwhy platform, including its algorithms, visualizers, interfaces, trademarks, and diagnostic telemetry engines, is the intellectual property of Dropwhy. AI recommendations provided are advisory; you maintain full discretion over changes you apply to your codebase or marketing materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While Dropwhy pinpoints conversion friction with high accuracy, we do not guarantee specific monetary revenue gains. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropwhy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will provide notification via the platform or updated effective dates. Continued use of Dropwhy after revisions constitute your acceptance.
